Site Access & Visitor Safety
For the safety of everyone, strict rules apply to all visitors and customers attending our site:
No unsupervised access: Visitors are not permitted to enter the yard or recycling facility unaccompanied.
Appointments required: All visits must be pre-booked in advance to ensure safe supervision and controlled access.
Sign-in procedure: All visitors must report to reception or a designated supervisor on arrival and sign in before entering operational areas.
Mandatory PPE: Visitors must wear appropriate PPE (e.g., high-visibility clothing, safety boots, and helmets) when entering designated work zones.
Children & pets prohibited: For safety reasons, children and pets are not permitted on site under any circumstances.
Compliance with instructions: Visitors must follow all safety signage and the instructions of authorised personnel at all times.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from site.
Customer Responsibilities During Deliveries & Collections
Customers must ensure:
Safe and unobstructed access for grab lorries and delivery vehicles.
Ground conditions capable of supporting heavy vehicles without risk of damage or instability.
That the working area is clear of pedestrians, obstructions, or hazards during loading/unloading.
If safe access is not available, services may be refused or rescheduled.
Waste Acceptance & Hazardous Materials
Only approved, inert, non-hazardous waste will be accepted at our recycling facility.
Strictly prohibited materials include asbestos, liquids, hazardous chemicals, contaminated soil, tyres, and electrical appliances.
Loads found to contain prohibited items will be refused and may incur additional charges.
